A fully periodized program — male and female versions — built around progressive overload and real intensity techniques. 3, 4, or 5 days per week. You pick your schedule. You're held to it 100%.

Where most challenges fall apart. Intensity techniques introduced: tempo (3-1-1-0), rest-pause on isolation work, mechanical drop sets. Metcon finishers added twice weekly. AMRAP scores posted publicly — the competition begins.

Short form goes out: momentum, struggles, confidence, support needs. Coach Naaman reviews responses and addresses the group directly. This is where most challenges fall apart. Not this one.

Phase 3 — The Reckoning
Maximum intensity. Cluster sets, timed Metcons, daily check-ins in the final week. Your Phase 3 Metcon score is compared publicly to Phase 2. Every person has proof of progress.

Common Questions

Is MM4 suitable for beginners?

MM4 is designed for intermediate to moderate lifters — people who have trained before but plateaued. Complete beginners will find the intensity difficult to manage safely. If you've been training consistently for at least 6 months, you're ready.
I can only train 3 days a week. Can I still do MM4?

Yes. The program has 3, 4, and 5-day versions. You declare your schedule before Day 1 and you're held to 100% of whatever you commit to — not 100% of the maximum. A 3-day challenger who never misses beats a 5-day challenger who skips half their sessions.
What gym equipment do I need?

MM4 is gym-based. You need access to barbells, cables, machines, and dumbbells. Home gym versions are not included in this challenge.
Do I need to track calories?
+
No. The nutrition system is hand-portion based with phase-specific carb timing. You'll know exactly what to eat without a single app. Precision comes from consistency, not calorie counting.
What happens if I don't get approved?

Applications are reviewed personally by Coach Naaman. If your application isn't accepted for MM4, you'll receive feedback and priority access to MM5.
What's the refund policy?

Given the group nature of the challenge and digital delivery of the program, all sales are final once approved and enrolled. This is why we use an application process — we want to make sure MM4 is the right fit before you commit.
What happens after the 6 weeks?

The best results come from staying in the system. After MM4 you can join the Mafia Method Inner Circle (monthly membership) or apply for Elite 1:1 coaching with Coach Naaman. Both options are presented at the end of the challenge. Challengers get priority access and preferred pricing.
